BILL JENNINGS

Homegrown here in the state of Iowa and raised on a beautiful farm in the Loess Hills -outside of Persia, IA - (30mi NE of Council Bluffs), Ames and ISU became home 20 years ago. Upon graduating with a B.S. and graduate work in the field of Biomechanics, I completed a career in Teaching/Coaching. I taught High School Biology and was a Head Boys Basketball Coach for four years.

 

My interest in investment property and construction originally lured me into the Real Estate Profession. Success followed almost instantly in what has become the greatest job I'll ever have. I have always taken the real estate business very seriously and continue to consume myself with the listing, marketing and selling of my clients property. I am relentless by nature and believe wholeheartedly that my work ethic and focus is second to none!

 

In past years I have been the recipient of the Diamond Achievement Award given by the Iowa Assoc. of REALTORS, REMAX Hall of Fame Award, and Platinum Club Award Recipient for 3 consecutive years. In this millennium I have been in the Top 3% for annual sales volume and closed transactions when compared to members of the Ames MLS.

 

In 2007 my wife, Traci, joined the team as a Buyer Specialist to ensure the best possible service to both our buyers and sellers.  Traci has been a tremendous asset.

 

Lastly and most importantly, I am the father of three. To all of those who have given or referred my name and services to others; I sincerely and genuinely thank you!!

 

TRACI JENNINGS

Hello. Thank you for considering Bill and I to represent you in the buying and/or selling of your home. I grew up on a dairy farm just north of Dyersville, Iowa. It is here that I attribute my strong work ethic. I am a graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in Graphic Design/Marketing. Bill and I have three children, Elli (11), Abby (10) and Jake (5). In my spare time I enjoy gardening, scrapbooking and going for long walks.

 

I have been around the real estate business my entire life, as my father is a broker in Eastern Iowa. I have assisted Bill with marketing properties for 12 years and in 2007 decided to put my past sales experience to work by becoming a REALTOR myself. I received my Real Estate Brokerage license in 2010. Other designations include Epro and GRI designation.

 

The relationships I form with our clients is what makes my job so enjoyable. It is an honor to be such an integral part of our clients experience in finding the right home. JEN STOELK

I am originally from Westside, Iowa, a small town 80 miles west of Ames. After graduating from Ar-We-Va High School in 2008, I came to Ames to study at Iowa State University. I graduated in May 2011 with a B.S. in Family Finance, Housing and Policy; minor in Child, Adult and Family Services.

 

I have been working with Remax since May 2010, interning with the closing department and being an assistant for the Jennings Real Estate Team. In January 2011, I became a licensed REALTOR and joined the Jennings Real Estate Team as a Buyer Specialist.
